14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your VehicleIQ subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Email support@vehicleiq.app from the address on your account and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your Billing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.

Beyond 14 days

Refunds outside the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support and we will do our best to be fair.

Merchant of Record

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country.
